Remove Sensors permission group from PermissionMapping
After we replace BODY_SENSORS (and background) with granular health permission READ_HEART_RATE (and background), management of this permission will be at Health&Fitness UI (ag/29894936, ag/30131779, ag/29871954 on Wear, UI already existent on Phone). Hence we remove the Sensors from mapping.
