introduce binderRpcBenchmark
VRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRMMMMMMM!!!
Some caveats:
- we are partially benchmarking the scheduler
- this is a microbenchmark
Results running on host (we'll want to watch and tune these on real
devices with core clamping and thermal throttling off):
