FocusResolver: Add test to document focus transfer to mirror
Document how we behave when focus is transferred automatically from a window to its mirror. Bug: None Test: atest inputflinger_tests Change-Id: Ie2237b6064989bc83cf58a407b96ac73ab9156a7
