a11y: Fix typing while autoclick enabled
Because the autoclick panel is TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, when it was enabled it
permanently held focus which prevented typing and probably caused other issues.
Setting FLAG_NOT_FOCUSABLE resolves this issue.
