Replace invalidateChild/invalidateChildInParent

Simplify and unify HW accelerated invalidate/damage codepaths, since
both simply walk up to ViewRootImpl and schedule a traversal.
Adds a new overridable method 'onDescendantInvalidated' for observing
subtree rendering updates.
