Add Centering animation for large clock
Also move splitshade logic to clock-level STL. The blueprint STL and the clock STL were conflicting with each other and canceling out the animation. This does not include the stepping animation, but we should be able to add it with this as the foundation. Bug: 325301969 Flag: ACONFIG com.android.systemui.compose_lockscreen DEVELOPMENT Test: switch between split shade and not splitshade and AOD to center the clock.
