Introduce a new IOriginTransitions.aidl interface for handling origin
return transitions.
The interface allows an app to link a launching transition with a return transition.
And the APIs are protected with permission
android.permission.CONTROL_REMOTE_APP_TRANSITION_ANIMATIONS.
