Fix AOD->PRIMARY_BOUNCER (canceled)
When in-app auth fails many times in a row, it can
lock the device immediately. When some events are
processed in an unexpected order, the bouncer can be
told to show and hide.
Make sure to cover PRIMARY_BOUNCER->AOD to avoid a
transparent UI.
