Check exceptions in BBQ and SC JNI code
Updates the following callback wrappers to crash the client when
exceptions are thrown:
* TransactionCommittedListenerWrapper
* TransactionHangCallbackWrapper
* TrustedPresentationCallbackWrapper
* WindowInfosReportedListenerWrapper
This prevents misleading error messages where a later JNI call fails due
to a pending Java exception.
