3/ Inject InteractionJankMonitor for StatusBarStateControllerImpl
Scope : StatusBar & NotificationShade
The purpose of InteractionJankMonitor.begin() and
InteractionJankMonitor.end() is used for e2e tests
(scenario / latency / benchmark tests)
SysUI had setup dagger for InteractionJankMonitor,
it would be helpful on unittest if inject instance
in SysUI code directly.
