Baseline some build errors during finalization
It is not clear exactly what is causing the new errors to appear during
finalization but not during the normal build. It appears to be related
to the updates to the `prebuilts/sdk/35` changing the base against
which the current API is compared but there do not seem to be any
changes related to these new errors.
Rather than waste time trying to figure it out this change adds the new
errors to the baseline so work can progress on finalization. There is a
bug (b/311690008) covering some issues with lint caused by issues with
working out what is new and what is old code so investigation into this
issue can be done under that.
