Split nestedScrollToScene into horizontal and vertical variants
To have clearer APIs, we have converted
nestedScrollToScene(orientation, startBehavior, endBehavior)
into two methods:
horizontalNestedScrollToScene(leftBehavior, rightBehavior)
verticalNestedScrollToScene(topBehavior, bottomBehavior)
This CL is just a refactor
