Log crash info when reporting crash fails
Currently when reporting fails, we see why the crash reporting fails,
but we don't see the original crash reason.
This is important because if the crash is with ActivityManager we wouldn't be able to see this issue as ActivityManager.getService would fail and there would be a NullPointerException.
