[MediaProjection][ConcurrentDisplays] mirroring rotation fix
Mirroring to a concurrent display was mistransformed, since we
assumed the display we are mirroring to always has rotation 0.
Instead, use the current orientation when calculating how to
transform the mirrored content onto the concurrent display.
Bug: 293297908
Test: manual screen record & concurrent display setup
