Pass TaskFragmentAnimationParams to TaskFragment
Pass the animationBackgroundColor set in WM Jetpack to WM Core through TaskFragmentAnimationParams. Introduce TaskFragmentOperation for all the future TaskFragment related WindowContainerTransaction operations.
