Deprecate UiAutomation#injectInputEvent for CTS tests

For input event injection, CTS tests should rely on uinput
(com.android.cts.input.UinputDevice), hid devices
(com.android.cts.input.HidDevice), or InjectInputInProcess
 * (com.android.cts.input.InjectInputInProcess) for in-process
   injection.
