Do ClassTable::Lookup when walking the class loader chain.
We were missing a fast path when trying to find a class. Spotted while
looking at app startup profiling.
Also:
- Refactor ClassLinker::FindClass for easier readability.
- Special case BootClassLoader for consistency in the runtime.
