Check if the art_fake directory exists before copying fake libs.
In my `lunch armv8` build tree I have the 32-bit
out/target/product/armv8/system/lib, even though the build command
doesn't build the fake libs there. I'm not sure where the 32-bit lib
dir came from in the first place, but let's make the script more
robust.
