Add pageinfo tool for memory page analysis
Move common page functions to page_util.cc
Implement dump page info for specific virtual index or count
shared/private/unique zero pages in all memory maps of the process.

Test: m imgdiag pageinfo
Test: run pageinfo with --count-zero-pages and --dump-page-info
