Reland "Initialize classes in runtime app images."
This reverts commit 16ec60dbdc41155613bee7462430366856ef52c3.
Bug: 260557058
Reason for revert:
- Reload the copy pointer after we push new data in the temporary buffer.
- Use the class contents to see if superclass is initialized. The old
code was just using some random address.
Test: MTS with the debug apex.
