run-libcore-tests.sh: add --gcstress command line flag
Simplify selecting gcstress mode, previously required --vm-arg
-Xgc:gcstress.
Test: run-libcore-tests.sh --mode=host --debug --gcstress
Test: run-libcore-tests.sh --mode=host --debug --vm-arg -Xgc:gcstress
