Dex fuzzer: Bootstrap the fuzzing with run-test dex files.
Use the built dex files for the fuzzer (don't check them in).
Unfortunately, we have to enumerate all the filenames,
which is not very maintainable but it is the only option.
Most of the entries are unique (i.e. do not minimize well).
