Add support in ahat to handle bitmaps with compressed contents

This CL is to support handling/displaying of bitmaps that are dumped
as part of `am dumpheap`. The contents of bitmaps will be compressed
and included in `Bitmap.dumpData`, a few steps will be done:
- A traversal from the root will be done to find `Bitmap.dumpData`
- A map will be built for each bitmap from its nativePtr to its
byte array with compressed content
- The instances referenced from `Bitmap.dumpData` will be excluded
from being counted as part of the normal heapdump
- When a bitmap is requested, a map from its nativePtr to its
content buffer will be done, and if such map exists, a response
will be made from its compression format and buffer
