Revert^2 "Register only the used portion of moving space in compaction pause"
This reverts commit 0bfa9a15cca4fbd2710ee3eead13bdd4dccaf86b.
Reason for revert: Fix madvise(MADV_NOHUGEPAGE) crash on devices not
configured with THP in the kernel.
