Report freed bytes GC metrics via the ATrace interface.
Report the number of bytes freed by the garbage collector for normal
objects, large objects, and both types of objects at the end of each
GC cycle.
Test: Capture a Perfetto trace with the Perfetto Web UI
(https://ui.perfetto.dev/) and verify that the free bytes metrics
are correctly reported as counters.
