USB: Use "qdss_sw" instance for QDSS SW path
Currently the compositions that use both "qdss" and "qdss_mdm"
functions cannot both utilize the "qdss_mdm" instance. In order
to allow for both QDSS instances to go over a SW bridging path
we need to introduce a separate "qdss_sw" instance which can be
used alongside "qdss_mdm".
Update the qdss+qdss_mdm compositions to dynamically select the
first instance based on the value of ${vendor.usb.qdss.inst.name}.
