usb: Set ro property to determine usb parent node set ro.boot.usb.dwc3_msm needed to decide role in recovery mode. SELinux permission check failed is seen if init tries to set property before selinux context is loaded with property override context. Change-Id: I5f3d1acae3afd3e543499fe05384308fce8d67fd
