init.qti.usb.debug: Enable readl/writel ftraces of dwc3 Enable dwc3_readl & dwc3_writel ftraces of dwc3 controller. Create a new instance for this purpose inorder to avoid flooding of readl/writel traces in dwc3 instance. Change-Id: I8bcf3ede5f53bed5c1d067bc139bb82b722be7df
