init.qcom.usb.rc: Extend UVC resolutions

Add support for h264 format frame resolution 1080p,720p,360p.

Also,Currently user space is not updating bDeviceClass related
entries  in device descriptor. Due to this, some host OS platforms
are not recognizing UVC camera even though device is enumerated in
UVC composition. Hence update bDeviceClass/bDeviceSubclass/
bDeviceProtocol while enabling UVC compositions to make it work on
those host OS platforms
