init.qcom.usb.sh: Include MSM Chip ID as part of product string Incorporate the chip ID, prefixed with _CID, as part of the product string along with the serial number. This will allow host tools to further uniquely identify devices and helps disambiguate in case the same serial number is encountered across different chips.
