usb: Set ro property to determine usb parent node

Set ro.boot.usb.dwc3_msm to 4e00000.ssusb and
a600000.ssusb based on controller present on
target.

ro.boot.usb.dwc3_msm is used while boot in recovery
mode to force device in peripheral mode.
