init.qcom.usb.sh: Configure RNDIS to be identified by Windows Anorak uses RNDIS Sw path and descriptors indicating the tethering class, subclass and protcol need to be configured properly to be able to be identified by Windows OS. Change-Id: I5b6ba48f1f179b4a1c83c9d429d1b264230d1a2c
