healthd-ext: Ignore UCSI power supply name

With the latest UCSI changes starting from Linux kernel 5.8+,
ucsi-source-psy* is created per connector. This would interfere
with the parameters published under "usb" power supply. Hence,
add it to the ignored list of power supply names so that healthd
battery monitor would skip monitoring it.
