hal: 1.0: Initial commit Create a shared library (liboffloadhal) that links against android.hardware.tetheroffload.config@1.0.so and android.hardware.tetheroffload.control@1.0.so in order to provide an abstraction for IPACM that translates input/output to/from the controlling client and IPACM.
