st-hal: match audio-hal binder threadpool count Update binder threadpool size to 48 which same as audio HAL binder threadpool configuration. This is to avoid assertion from libhwbinder due to different size. Change-Id: I760f31cc23bb673f9bde57e2c163b9ca4f009194
