pal : in ipc_pal_stream_set_param add checks to avoid OOB To avoid OOB, below changes are done in ipc_pal_stream_set_param, 1. size member of payload vector is not be bigger than size of payload vector 2. paramPayload vector size is checked to be exactly one Change-Id: Id7b4f4f896939bff8c04f65cb8b192990c6ac1be
