pal: update the va/dual&tri mic related mixer cntls for crow update amic3 and va-dmic to fix the concurrency issue. Update the va-tmic/tri mic related mixer cntls for crow. Use amic3 & amic4 instead of amic1 & amic3 in speaker dual mic. Change-Id: I703eebb01fd5297933238e50be02a54274e8a10c
