agm: Changes to enable SwBinders IPC Link agmclientwrapper library to enable IPC. Fix a compilation error due to __unused attribute. Remove an unused function declaration. Fix for a segmentation fault. Fix for usage of undeclared variables. Change-Id: I61343facefd002b6e64b0a7b2e770e5e5d6a8318
