Fix IllegalArgumentException in ExtTelephonyManager

Currently on unbindService serviceConnected flag is not
reset. This will result in unbindService getting called
without bindService leading to crash in ExtTelephonyManager.

Fix: Reset serviceConnected flag on unbinding ExtTelephonyService
