IMS: Add support for ecnam information

- Define constants which are required to update
  the ecnam information in intent.
- Below intent and extras are modified to make generic.
  - org.codeaurora.intent.action.CALL_COMPOSER_INFO -->
    org.codeaurora.intent.action.PRE_ALERTING_CALL_INFO
  - EXTRA_CALL_COMPOSER_TOKEN --> EXTRA_PRE_ALERTING_CALL_TOKEN
  - EXTRA_CALL_COMPOSER_CALL_ENDED --> EXTRA_PRE_ALERTING_CALL_ENDED
  - com.qti.permission. RECEIVE_CALLCOMPOSER_INFO -->
    com.qti.permission.RECEIVE_PRE_ALERTING_CALL_INFO
