[DO NOT MERGE] Unify the cropping mechanism in Preview and in Rotation Move most of the scaling and cropping logic from ImagePreviewFragment into WallpaperCropUtils and reuse it in DefaultWallpaperPersister when setting a wallpaper in rotation.
