media: Deprecate support for NV12_512 NV12_512 color format was introduced to support 512-aligned stride and scanline. Now, NV12 already supports 512-aligned stride and scanline, hence, NV12_512 is deprecated. Change-Id: I7bba1ea1003c8b82a273d209191c97ad38151974
