display: Remove qdMetaData and gralloc_priv.h usage
Gralloc- remove qdMetaData and gralloc_priv, and general cleanup
Composer-
Change qdMetaData getMetaData access to the newly added fast get
option GetMetaDataValue via gr_utils. Cleanup all usages
of qdMetaData and gralloc_priv and replace with
mapperextensions equivalents wherever possible. Cleanup all but
enum usages from libqdutils (deprecate completely in future when
there is no user left).
