sdm: Remove DRM plane SSPP_LAYOUT property -Kernel can internally offset planes that needs to be staged on the RIGHT by reducing their respective DEST_X coordinate by ½ of the CRTC mode width. -This will avoid user-space to need to tag each planes with SSPP_LAYOUT.
