sdm: Convert drm open failure to non fatal Dynamic kernel module loading is supported on secondary VM, hence drm open can fail if the kernel module is still loading. So change the failure to non fatal from fatal. Change-Id: Ib9c1904ee6778da1c64b699ae5849037ccf28438
