sde-drm: removing the ToneMap LUTs reset when TUI ends

When setting the property twice with different values in the same
commit, we found out that sometimes the last set value got lost in
libdrm, causing the wrong property value got sent to driver. In case of
DGM GC property, it will cause split screen. This change removes the
ToneMap LUTs reset when TUI session ends to avoid setting the
property twice in the same commit. The ToneMap LUT property will be
reconfigured by SDM when TUI ends.
