display: Add support to enable tonemapping for native mode • Native mode has primaries and transfer as MAX which doesn't invoke tonemapping • Add a new prop "allow_tonemap_native" - which sets primaries and transfer to BT709 and sRGB which enables tonemapping in strategy Change-Id: Ie6f552ff96fa5db8033a392b86d80791c5585ed6
