Bluetooth: generalize transport initialization properties Generalize transport initialization related properties as wc_transport. instead of bluetooth. properties so that all wcnss clients(Bluetooth and ANT) can access the transport initialization code Also introduce new callback for ssr handling so that Bluetooth stack can call this function on sub system restart Change-Id: Ic42d5161eb1874218f9c6f6a69d14c16f3e0b3df
