hal: pass is_in_call flag to suspended setparam for A2DP device Info whether phone mode is normal or not is needed to decide whether to do implicit device switches during resume setparam handling. Added the change to fetch phone mode and pass the info of in_call or not. Change-Id: I6fede1db62d66a2b36539d768479f585d501643c
