Fix canadian french keyboard mappings While checking the Canadian French layout, I noticed that there are 2 keys that are not producing the expected character. This CL while change the mapping for AltGr+comma to "macron", and AltGr+dot to "soft hyphen", which will match the behavior of other OS.
